Pastor Anders serves at Royal Redeemer as associate pastor, joining the ministry team in 2011. He also teaches at Concordia University - St. Paul, MN. There he is adjunct faculty in the Dept. of Child and Family Education. Anders and his wife, Sarah, were married in 2005 and have a young son.

At the heart of Pastor Anders’ ministry is caring for individuals and families, while helping to develop a spirit of resiliency for navigating life. He looks forward to the growth of Christ-centered family life and care ministries amidst the gathering of Royal Redeemer and the surrounding community.

Anders earned his BA at Concordia University - St. Paul. Moving to St. Louis, MO he completed his pastoral studies at Concordia Seminary, graduating in 2010. While at seminary, Anders simultaneously completed a MA in Family Life Education through Concordia University - St. Paul in 2008. He is a Certified Family Life Educator, designated by the National Council on Family Relations.

Stacey Aten was born and raised in Elm Creek, Nebraska.  She attended Nebraska Wesleyan University and played volleyball before transferring to the University of Nebraska at Kearney.  She received her Bachelor of Science in Education and began teaching math, social studies and reading at Horizon Middle School and also Sunrise Middle School in Kearney, Nebraska. In 1991, she married her husband, Dick.  Stacey received her Masters degree in Education at the University of Nebraska at Kearney as well. 

She became a member of Royal Redeemer in December of 2003.  Stacey became the parish administrator in March of 2005. The Atens currently live in Liberty Township with their three children.

Jeannie Setters was born and raised in South Florida and lived in Northern Virginia before moving to Mason, Ohio.  She attended Florida International University, graduating with a degree in Special Education.  After teaching developmentally disabled children for several years in South Florida and Virginia, she put her career aside to raise her children.  When her youngest boy was 3 years old, she taught some "Mom & Me" classes that later became known as Royal Rascals.  In September 2000, with the help of some wonderful people, she began and continues to Direct and teach 3's & 4/5's at Royal Redeemer Christian Preschool.

Jeannie is married to Dan, a Manager with the Kroger Company, and has three sons and a step-daughter.

Jennifer Samson was born and raised in Clay Center, Kansas. She went to Kansas State University where she met her husband Daren.  She then transferred to and graduated from Emporia State University with a Bachelor of Science in Education.  Jennifer and Daren were married in 1990 and in 1992 they moved to Hutchinson, Kansas where Daren worked for Dillons (a division of Kroger) and Jennifer worked at First National Bank.  They relocated to the Cincinnati area in May of 2006 due to a job transfer for Daren.

The Samsons became members of Royal Redeemer in October of 2007.  Jennifer became the office administrator in November of 2007.  They are at home in Fairfield Township with their two children.
