WEEKLY EVENTS

Teen Inferno Sunday evenings from 5:30-7:30 we gather in our youth room for food, games, movies, discussion and an occasional road trip.  Large group fun is followed by small group discussion, sharing highs and lows from the week.  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Fall Retreat (September) at Camp Campbell Gard is on the weekend after Labor Day.  A great kickoff to the school year, we spend the weekend in outdoor fun and getting re-grounded in our faith.  Hiking, canoeing, high ropes course, survival training, bonfire and Sunday worship set the stage for a year of fun together. 

Bonfire and Corn Maze (October) at Neiderman Farm is a fun evening of football, smores, hot chocolate, and wandering through the corn.

Paintball  (Sat. Oct. 22)  Give your friends a paint "makeover"!  10 am - 5 pm at Neiderman Farm.  Contact Jeremy Seebohm for more information.

RASKALS (Sat. Nov. 12, 8:15 am - 1 pm) Come join in a random (yet organized) act of kindness as we join the IGNITE confirmation group to rake leaves for local seniors. 

Christmas Party at Run, Jump, N Play (Fri. eve. Dec. 16)  You thought this place was for kids?  Wait until you see 75 teens plummeting down the inflatable slides and pummeling one another with inflatable tubes.  Bowling, mini golf, snacks and drinks for all.  Cards for the adults.

Scavenger Hunt (Wed. eve., Dec. 28)  We'll invite the college students on break to join us in a contest to find all sorts of crazy stuff.  Party and contest pics after.

Ski Trip to Perfect North (Sat., Jan 28)  Spend the day with friends skiing the slopes of Perfect North in western Indiana.  Tubing is also available.  More info. on this year's trip is below.

Super Bowl Party (Sun. eve. Feb. 5)  Root on your favorite team and trash talk with friends.

Construction Zone (February 24-26) Gather with 500 other high school teens at an area hotel for a weekend of great music, great speakers and growing in faith.

Matthew 25 Serve Event (Sat. am, March 3)  Gather with friends to help pack supplies to be delivered to needy families around the world.

Spring Lock In (April 14-15)  Welcome the newest members of our high school youth group as we spend a night at the church growing in faith and friendships.

Unight  Join with other area youth groups for an evening of fun and worship together.  The next Unight is scheduled for Sunday, May 6 at Bethany UM Church on Cin-Day Rd.

ICHTHUS Music festival (June 20-23)  Join with thousands of people of all ages who descend on a farm in Willmore, KY (just south of Lexington) for four day of camping with great Christian bands and speakers from across the nation.

Beattyville, KY Mission Trip (week of July 15)  Join with other teens on a trip to Beattyville, located in Lee County, one of the poorest areas of Appalachia.  We'll stay at Cornerstone Ministries, hosted by Dora Ross, and take on home repair projects while shining the light of God's love into the hearts of the families we meet.

Whitewater Rafting Trip (August) we'll spend the night near the New River in West Virginia and spend a day rafting on the river.
